An anthology issue containing at least two stories: one involving Mr. Carp and associates investigating sabotage to ignition wires on a vehicle, questioning whether the target practice was intended to show someone isn't a tenderfoot and discussing a missing distributor head; and another about a man in a green shirt and a woman named Miss Velvet encountering an elderly man claiming to be a former doctor who has lost his medical credentials, with the woman offering first aid assistance while the man questions what she's doing. The issue concludes with a note indicating the second story continues in Sparkler Comics No. 96.
