A heavily armored, futuristic helmet dominates Francesco Mattina's striking cover, crackling with blue lightning while a glowing skull emblem pulses at its center — a genuinely unsettling image that sets a charged, ominous tone. The tagline "Fighting Crime Before His Time!" neatly captures the time-displaced tension that Peter David has been weaving through this series, with Rachelle Rosenberg's colors lending the whole thing an electric, otherworldly atmosphere. Will Sliney's interior art brings it all to life in what looks to be one of the more electrifying chapters of this 2017 run.
