Spider-Woman #3

Spider-Woman goes nose-to-nose with a menacing, weapon-toting Skrull on Javier Rodríguez's striking cover, her venom blasts crackling with electric energy as she holds her ground without flinching. Watching from above are two smaller figures — Spider-Woman and Captain Marvel — suggesting this confrontation is anything but a solo affair. Dennis Hopeless and Rodríguez are building something with real momentum in this 2016 series, and issue #3 looks like a fantastic place to feel that tension up close.
