Spider-Woman #6
Part of Marvel's 2016 "Spider-Women" crossover event, this issue puts a striking, silver-skinned figure front and center — wild white hair, glowing amber eyes, and a pink-and-teal tech suit that crackles with energy — while two mysterious silhouettes loom in the red-lit background. The "J. Drew" name tag is a nice wink to fans, and Yasmine Putri's cover art gives the whole thing a moody, stylized edge that stands apart from a typical superhero splash. With Dennis Hopeless writing, Joëlle Jones on interior art, and Rachelle Rosenberg's colors, this is a creative team firing on all cylinders.
