The main story "Ship of the Dead" follows a narrator who experiences a terrifying supernatural encounter while working his passage home by sea, encountering ghostly apparitions and horrors. A second story titled "Guardian Angel" depicts soldiers in combat who encounter a mysterious angelic or supernatural presence during wartime. Additional content includes "Two-Gun Jack," a Western tale in which the titular character returns home and recounts his adventures involving gold, Indians, and conflict with outlaws named the Redskins. The issue also contains various advertisements and filler content typical of 1950s comics publishing.
