In "The Monster at the Inn Part 1," Spooky dreams of a glamorous getaway at the Groosum Inn, hoping to charm some ghostly companions—only to find Pearl already there, unimpressed by his antics. As he tries to win her back with a series of increasingly silly disguises, his efforts only lead to more trouble, especially when he’s left alone with the mysterious Mt. Misery Monster.

In "The Awful Ingredient," Wendy is sent on a peculiar errand by her aunts, who need one more strange addition to their mysterious brew. The task proves tougher than expected when the ingredient’s overpowering stink makes the journey home a real challenge.
