Startling Comics #17

Startling Comics #17 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. Additional stories include "Herbie's Parrot," in which young Herbie Johnson uses his talking parrot's ability to mimic sounds to help police catch a burglar at his apartment, and "Summer Camp," where a boy named Philip Kent proves his worth on a camping trip by demonstrating woodcraft skills and bravery in the wilderness.
