When Steel investigates the disappearance of his high school mentor, he crosses paths with a costumed vigilante named Lethal. Their investigation leads them to restaurant owner Felipe DeClaude. When Steel and Lethal confront DeClaude at DeClaude’s restaurant, Man’s Food, they realize that all the missing people, who were in excellent physical condition, are being used as part of the cuisine. DeClaude and his staff turn into demons and they battle Steel and Lethal. In the end, DeClaude falls to his death and Steel rescues the remaining hostages.
