Super Duck, "The Cockeyed Wonder," struggles with a broken-down car on a country road and eventually trades his mule to a farmer for help. Later, Super Duck attempts to remove an unwanted "No Real Authority" sign from a piece of land but becomes embroiled in a confrontation with a woman determined to keep it in place. In the final sequence, Super Duck rests indoors when a silhouetted figure attempts to remove the sign from outside, leading to a crash through a window. The issue also features a Captain Tootsie advertisement promoting a secret weapon called the Snipersocope, designed to detect a killer bear terrorizing a mountain camp using invisible infrared light technology.
