“Das Identitäten-Quintett!”

In "Das Identitäten-Quintett!", Superman awakens on a beach wearing the red suit of Roter Blitz, with no memory of who he is—only to find that Roter Blitz is wearing his iconic suit and suffering from the same amnesia. With identities scrambled and both heroes convinced they’re the other, the unlikely duo must piece together the mystery behind their swapped costumes before the truth is lost forever. Written by Jim Shooter and brought to life with Curt Swan’s definitive art and George Roussos’s inks, this 1981 classic features a cover by Ross Andru and Dick Giordano.
