Ulysses tries to destroy Earth in retaliation for what happened to The Great World, but Superman stops him by creating a solar flare which unleashes the energy stored in every one of his cells. As he recovers his energy, Superman, as Clark Kent, visits Ulysses in custody and tries to convince him that he really tried to save everyone. Later, after Clark has filed the story at the Daily Planet, Jimmy shares some hot dogs with Clark and Clark shares his biggest secret with Jimmy.
