# Supermouse #27 This issue is an anthology containing two stories. "The Big Cheese" features Supermouse battling Terrible Tom and his gang of mice who have fashioned weapons from household items; Terrible Tom captures Supermouse and forces him to work as a maid, but Supermouse eventually escapes his captivity and defeats Tom, renaming himself "Super-Shrimp" before trapping Tom in a gilded cage. "Poor Huey the Husky Never Knew He'd Be a Hero" tells of a young husky dog in Alaska with oversized ears who is teased by his sled team companion Jock; when an avalanche threatens the team during a mountain run, Huey's sensitive ears detect the danger and he leads the dogs to safety, earning recognition as the lead dog and pride in his once-mocked physical feature.
