“Snowbound”

In "Snowbound," Supersnipe—real name Koppy—faces a frame-up when he's arrested for stealing jewels, only to be rescued by the sharp-witted Herlock. Together, they unravel a web of deception that leads them into the snowy mountains, where they must outwit Professor Noall and his gang before the truth is buried under the snow. Written by Ed Gruskin and illustrated with crisp precision by George Marcoux—both on interior art and cover—this 1949 adventure blends suspense and snowy peril in a classic pulp-style thriller.
