After a chance encounter where Anne helps Glenn with his sick child Danny, Glenn becomes interested in her, but Anne worries that Clem still holds her in low regard. In "Some Day," a woman reflects on her lifelong role as a bridesmaid to her friends' weddings, always expecting that her own wedding day would eventually come, only to realize that after all her friends have married, she remains alone.
