This issue is an anthology containing multiple romance stories. The main story, "The Wrong Love," depicts Ruth caught in a conflict when Sam, a man everyone disapproves of, pursues her romantically; despite her family's opposition, Ruth and Sam eventually reconcile after a crisis, kissing and deciding their love is strong enough to withstand life's challenges. The issue also includes the story "Together My Love" and features an advice column titled "Martha Marsden Meditates" that discusses how girls should handle being stood up on dates and the importance of maintaining dignity in romantic situations.
