An anthology issue featuring multiple puppet-themed stories. "Sparky Smith's Puppet Parade" introduces the main character and his puppet friends at a television studio. "Snow-White," a fairy tale adaptation, depicts a wicked queen's jealous plot against Snow-White using witchcraft and a poisoned tortoiseshell comb. "Speedy Rabbit" follows the title character at a carnival who attempts to sell shoe strings on the street before encountering a policeman and an ogre. "The Country Mouse and the City Mouse" recounts a fable in which a country mouse visits her city cousin's home and finds the urban lifestyle frightening compared to her simple rural existence.
