Peter pulls a double switch to keep Captain Stacy and Gwendy from identifying him as Spider-Man. Spider-Man tracks down the Schemer but they both fall into the Kingpin's trap. The ensuing battle comes to an abrupt end when the Schemer is revealed to be Richard Fisk, the Kingpin's long lost son.
