The Brain features slapstick misadventures of a mischievous child character. In one story, the child helps rescue a girl named Honey who is stranded on a boat, but the rescue attempts go hilariously awry with various mishaps in the water. Another story involves the child causing chaos at a school function by destroying decorated ceiling paper and prize-winning flowers, leading to multiple disasters including spilling lemonade and crashing into a pot. Throughout the issue, the character's well-intentioned but clumsy actions result in comedic destruction and confusion for the adults around him.
