The Fighting Yank #27
In "The Return of Fingers!", the Fighting Yank faces a familiar challenge when Bart, the reformed safecracker once known as Fingers, is honored for his community service—only to be targeted by the criminal underworld that never believed his past was truly behind him. With Jerry Robinson’s expressive art and Mort Meskin’s sharp inks bringing the tension to life, the story finds the Fighting Yank stepping in to protect Bart from the shadows of his old life. Alex Schomburg’s dynamic cover captures the stakes, as a man with a new reputation must prove he’s truly changed.
