Helena is set-up by her dead father's lawyer, Donald Campbell, to attend a meeting with her father, newly reported alive in the newspapers. Helena figures out just in time that Campbell is the assassin Omerta and her father is truly dead. She is just able to escape as Campbell fires at her. She flees to long-time bodyguard Tony Angelo, who relates his whole mob history to her, managing to anger her in the process. She leaves, and following up on clues to find her father's killer, she's captured by Omerta who is about to savage her, when they are interrupted by mob boss Stefano Mandragora.
