Finding that the Hulk has destroyed a train, Bruce Banner finds a newspaper that asks him to come to New York as Reed thinks he can cure him. Bruce jots some notes and secures them to his waist as he finds himself transforming once again into the Hulk to fight hoboes. When he makes it to the Baxter Building, he is once again Bruce Banner but a security guard makes him change into Hulk. During Hulk's battle with the F.F., Bruce's notes fall from the Hulk's waist and the Thing keeps him occupied while Reed modifies his weapon design. Mr. Fantastic shoots the Hulk and knocks him out.
