“And the Measure of a Man Is... Death!”

In "And the Measure of a Man Is... Death!", the Hulk, stranded in the Sahara, faces a new threat when the Israeli army attempts to subdue him—only to be outmatched by his sheer force. Meanwhile, back in the U.S., General Ross oversees the development of Project: Greenskin, while Jim, a key ally, warns him of the Leader’s chilling plan to replace world leaders with androids. Written by Gerry Conway and Roy Thomas, with dynamic art by Herb Trimpe and inks by John Severin, the cover by Trimpe and Severin captures the intensity of a Hulk caught between nations and schemes.
