The Incredible Hulk #249
In "Jack Frost Nipping at Your Soul!", the Hulk tumbles into the frozen realm of Jack Frost, a reclusive figure who's built an icy fortress atop a remote mountain, fed up with the world above. Writer Bill Mantlo and artist Steve Ditko deliver a chilling clash of brute strength and cold ambition, as Frost’s icy domain crumbles under the Hulk’s rage—only for a surprising twist to unfold when Frost, realizing his error, tries to help the giant escape. Cover by Steve Ditko captures the stark, frozen tension of the moment, while the story ends with a shocking, unexpected arrival at General Ross’s cabin: a wounded centaur.

Atop a snowy mountain, Hulk slips into a deep circular vent and lands in the icy domain of Jack Frost, who, sick of the human world above, has fashioned an icy world for himself. Not wanting Hulk to divulge his whereabouts Frost attacks Hulk, which proves to be a big mistake, as the green giant makes short work of Frost's domain, and causes a huge cave-in. Frost realizes his mistake and actually helps Hulk leave but is crushed under debris. Nearby, in General Ross's cabin, Betty, Fred, and Rick are surprised by the sudden entry of a wounded centaur.
