Blazer saves her teammates from certain death, then passes out. Meanwhile, Youthquake surprises Kirchoff and Larson, allowing Challenger and Talisman to get the upper hand. The five decide to join forces and -- with Woolcott in tow-- head for the abandoned warehouse. They find the other Machiners just leaving with Blazer unconscious. Leaving Blazer with Robert and Woolcott, the others storm Deveroux’s warehouse, where a major battle ensues. Challenger stops the countdown but is attacked by Deveroux in a armored suit. Challenger defeats him, but not without sustaining serious injuries.
