The Meteor #1

This anthology issue features two main stories: "Wizard + Baldy Bean," advertised on the cover as combining "arithmetic" with "adventure and action," in which a wizard and his small bald companion engage in magical adventures; and "Race Wilkins," in which a man is transported by a giant eagle to a mystical realm where he learns from supernatural beings about the nature of human belief and its power over the world. A third story, "The Meteor," depicts a superhero obtaining a special costume suit from tailors in Rome, which grants him enhanced abilities and allows him to operate as a more effective crime-fighter in a major city.
