Night Man enters a murder scene presided over by Lt. Briggs and offers to exchange information about the crime, knowing it was committed by Rhiannon. Turned down, Johnny leaves and visits Rhiannon's fiancé Roger Carrington and gets into a fight with him. Although realizing Rhiannon holds some mystical attraction for him, he traces her to Fort Point where she offers him her love and immortality. Refusing her, Johnny is knocked over the edge of the fort by Rhiannon who, reaching for him, is electrically shocked by Johnny, causing her to fall to her presumed death in the rough waters of the bay.
