The Spectre #30

The Spirit of Vengeance looms large on this October 1989 cover, the pale, hooded Spectre rising above a sea of grasping, ghostly figures whose reaching hands and anguished forms fill the lower half of the image — a genuinely unsettling composition by penciler Fred Butler and inker Malcolm Jones III.
