Amy tells the press that the Reaver targets women with the HIV virus, which gets Nate Kane suspended from the police force. Dennis Bruzinski kills activist Felipe Gustero, causing the Spectre to leave Amy's side and confront Dennis. The Spectre sends Dennis to the afterlife, but Azmodus warns Spectre that Dennis is just one of his many pawns. The Reaver claims another victim and chooses Amy as his next one.
