In "Montabaldo," a bizarre gathering unfolds as a host of eccentric figures—including the enigmatic Octopus, the peculiar Mr Carrion, and the oddly named Fraternization H Shack—find themselves on an island that’s suddenly risen from the sea. Amid the chaos and confusion, the Spirit makes a fleeting appearance, trying to insert himself into the madness without quite succeeding.
