The Tao Hunters battle dragon mutates in Antarctica. Meanwhile, Jasmine visits a church looking for comfort but falls under the influence of Messiah who tries to convince her to give in to her savage and destructive dragon nature. Lance and Jasmine are attacked by Mary and manifest their Tao powers as they battle her troops. During the conflict, Mary activates a force field that severs Jasmine's hand. Menicus approaches the Grandmaster of the Jaikap clan and informs him that Lance and Jasmine cannot be controlled and are too dangerous to be allowed to live.
