As Wolverine is riding the captured Sauron into town on his motorcycle, he is attacked by the newest incarnation of Alpha Flight who plans on returning him to Department H in Canada. Rogue visits the Agee Institute for Genetic Studies in New York and talks to them about the possibility of taking away her mutant powers. In Alaska, Scott freaks out that Jean has started wearing her old Phoenix costume and calls the X-Men for help.
