A mother overhears two young thugs on the subway bragging about killing her daughter the day before and turns them in to the police. She goes crazy with grief when Adrian finds there is not enough evidence to try them and lets them go free. When she buys a gun and decides to take the law into her own hands, Adrian tries to intervene and convince her that murder is not justice. Meanwhile, both the Vigilante and Electrocutioner set their sights on a drug czar who has escaped the law and gone into hiding.
