Convinced that Harry is a terrorist in disguise, Peacemaker travels to Washington, D.C. and tries to kill him. Harry and Valentina narrowly escape. Valentina tells Harry her origin story, including the fact that she has super powers but has been ordered by the government not to use them. Peacemaker attacks them again but the agents in Valentina's office are able to drive him off. Meanwhile, Adrian is heading to D.C. to help out but his peaceful train ride is interrupted by a mob assassin out to collect the bounty on Vigilante's head.
