The third volume of Jody LeHeup, Nathan Fox, and Moreno Dinisio's wild sci-fi series kicks off with a cover that pulls no punches: a battered, blood-soaked man in tactical gear stands resolute at the center while a crowd of grasping hands reaches toward him from every direction, a massive dark sphere looming ominously behind him. Nathan Fox's linework crackles with intensity, and Moreno Dinisio's blazing reds and yellows give the whole image an almost feverish energy. If this opening image is any indication, The Weatherman Vol. 3 is diving back in with all the chaotic urgency that made this Image series so compelling.
