"The Last Voyage of the Sea Witch" follows Mark Coyne, who is forced by a witch doctor to retrieve diamonds from a cursed graveyard in Africa, resulting in his near-death experience at the hands of enslaved natives and supernatural forces. After being subjected to torture and buried alive by the witch doctor's commands, Coyne is rescued by natives who push him over Basoni Falls, and he miraculously survives to be recovered downriver, eventually reclaiming the diamond pouch that had been tied around his neck. A second story depicts a masquerade ball where guests dressed in various costumes vote on the best costume, with the winner announced as "Abe Lincoln," only for the revelation that the costume is actually the manifestation of Lincoln's assassination haunting the event. The issue concludes with the unnamed guest in the Lincoln costume experiencing a terrifying hallucination, seemingly driven mad by the supernatural encounter.
