This is an anthology issue containing at least three stories. "Catchy and Scrapps" follows a boy and his dog who visit Candyland with a magical pass, where the proprietor Mr. Taffy refuses to give them candy without money, leading to the boy discovering that a penny can't buy anything. Another story features Raymond, Koko, and Kola—two bears and a boy who become magically bound to a mermaid named Slither after attempting to rescue Raymond from the sea; they are freed only after following her to an underwater house where she utters the magic words "Goletergo, Goletergo." A third story depicts a mechanical toy horse that malfunctions when a character pulls its brake, causing it to flop to the ground and subsequently create chaos while the character attempts yard work, resulting in spilled paint.

Chuck Chipmunk is thrilled to show off Marmaduke, his latest mechanical marvel—a horse that can climb walls and do things no real horse ever could. When Alli Cat sabotages the invention to win over Chichi's affection, disaster strikes, but Chuck's creation ends up saving the day when danger comes calling on a nearby mountain. It's a timeless tale of rivalry, invention gone awry, and proving that brains and heart matter more than jealous schemes.

Lunch for All

At lunchtime on the farm, each animal enjoys its own favorite meal—rabbits munch carrots, ducks gather at the rail, and chickens peck corn—while Susie, Skipper, and Tiger enjoy their own tasty treats from a yellow dish. This cheerful rhyming tale celebrates the midday feeding rituals of creatures big and small.
