Tip Top Comics #109

This anthology issue contains two main stories. The first features Commissioner Connell recruiting a detective to help stop Black Sam, a gangster and black marketeer who has taken over the city, with the detective following Black Sam's gang, known as the "Triple Terror," through a warehouse district filled with cement bags to a hidden door. The second story involves a man recently discharged from the hospital following an operation who becomes the unwitting subject of pranks by his friend Mr. Jurk, including being made to appear as if he's vanishing in a mirror, leading to a continued narrative in the next issue.
