Tip Top Comics #94

This issue is an anthology containing multiple stories. "Tommy" features a uniformed military character perched in a tree near an enemy camp who springs into action when a parachute is spotted in the branches, ultimately neutralizing a guard and clearing the coast to approach a house. "Fritzi Ritz" by Ernie Bushmiller depicts a blackout scenario where characters practice turning off street lights and attempt to reach the police station during a mock air raid. "The Captain and the Kids" by R. Dirks shows the kids finding the Captain's diary and reading entries about alligators in the bath and varnishing the inspector's whiskers green, leading to chaos when the Captain discovers his diary has been found and read.
