Tip Top Comics #195

This anthology issue features two stories: a cover story showing children building a large snowman and presenting it proudly, and "The Captain and the Kids," in which the Captain's family takes a vacation and encounters various comedic mishaps with their accommodations and encounters with locals who speak in broken English. A third story visible on the final page depicts two animal characters taking a driver's test, during which they nearly hit a pedestrian and subsequently cause traffic chaos while attempting to drive away.
