"Peter Pat" by Mo'Leff follows Eric and two children, Pat and Judy, as they discover a secret tunnel and uncover a room filled with stolen gold and treasure, ultimately using the discovery to expose Eric's criminal plans. "Percy Penguin" shows the penguin boxing with a punching bag and chimney, ultimately damaging a storefront. "Danny Dangle" by Bernard Dibble tells of Danny helping raise money for the house by attempting various fundraising schemes that go comically awry. "Ella Cinders" follows a girl at a carnival who encounters a boy named Humbert and goes on a fishing trip with complications. "Dub Dabs" features a portly character attempting various schemes to save the world, with escalating comedic disasters. "Chris Crusty" depicts a car accident involving a truck during a party outing.

- Cover-dated June–July 1952, published by United Feature Syndicate as part of their 28-issue Tip Topper Comics anthology series (1949–1954).
- Contains an early comic-book reprint of Charles Schulz's Peanuts strip — the fourth such comic-book appearance on record, following Tip Top Comics #173, United Comics #21 (both March–April 1952, tied for first), and Tip Topper Comics #16 (April–May 1952).
- The Peanuts content consists of reprinted daily and Sunday newspaper strips presented in color — not original comic-book material; Schulz did not produce original comic-book stories for UFS anthologies during this period.
- The issue's primary cover feature is Ernie Bushmiller's Fritzi Ritz; Bushmiller also drew the covers for all Tip Topper issues during the United Feature run.
- Additional interior strips include Al Capp's Li'l Abner, Sam Leff's Curly Kayoe, and Henning Mikkelsen's Ferd'nand — a roster typical of UFS anthology titles of the era.
