This issue contains two stories featuring child characters in comedic situations. "The Red-Headed Tornado" follows Tippy Terry as he causes destruction while playing with a pop-up target game, shooting objects that destroy adults' belongings and leading to a spanking from an adult who warns that children need discipline. "Little Groucho and Muddler Knows Best" depicts a small character covered in mud who creates chaos at a beauty parlor and dinner party, eventually striking a golf club deal with a man named Harold, which leads to further misadventures and business negotiations between the adults involved.
