Ten heroes unite atop Twister's tower as the being he is summoning begins to enter their world. Because they are not the same ten Teen Titans, in one way or another, that Twister attempted to use years ago, they are able to resist him, with the exception of Hawk. Encouraged by the memory of his brother, Hawk fights back against Twister, Mal closes the breech to the other world, and Gnarrk tosses Mr. Twister into the vortex as it closes. Later, after Hawk and Dove take Mal and Karen to the hospital, the others consider their future options, while pondering who the original tenth Teen Titan was.
