This anthology issue contains multiple stories including an FBI field office story about stopping robberies and the "Dynamite Boys," an educational page featuring facts about owls, camels, and the Civil War, and a story featuring the character Yellowjacket who uses trained birds and sound effects to capture a criminal gang. In the Yellowjacket story, the hero pursues a gang called the Yellowjacket that has been wanted by police, apprehending them after they jump from a moving train, and is shown reporting back to complete his mission.
