That night, the cart comes to life, chasing him up a hill—its wheels rolling with unnatural force, and the priest realizes too late that the ghosts of the men he betrayed are driving it.
In "Good Morning, Mr. Smith!", a severed head finds a chilling way to reclaim control, using hypnotic power to manipulate a surgeon into swapping their own head for its own—placing the doctor’s head into life support while the head takes over the body. The story unfolds with a cold, creeping dread, turning a medical procedure into a grotesque act of vengeance.
