Totally Awesome Hulk #4

Issue four of Greg Pak and Frank Cho's Totally Awesome Hulk leans into its playful, self-aware humor with a cover that speaks for itself — literally. A massive, chain-bound Hulk and the red-armored Lady Hellbender share an intimate moment against a backdrop of flickering flames, while a inset panel captures She-Hulk's mortified, wide-eyed reaction summed up in a single word: "BARF." Frank Cho's linework is sharp and expressive, and Sonia Oback's colors give the whole scene a warm, almost cinematic glow that makes this 2016 series feel like the most fun Marvel was having at the time.
