Toyfare: The Toy Magazine #104
In this wild, meta-driven issue of Toyfare: The Toy Magazine #104, J. Jonah Jameson brings his son Man-Wolf to the Daily Bugle for a day at work, leading to a surreal tour through the newsroom’s most bizarre corners—where Ben Urich’s desk still bears the mark of his final days, Werewolf by Night makes a surprise appearance, and even Betty Brant is on the scene. As Jameson’s world spirals into chaos—meeting Tombstone in a tense standoff, visiting a mad science lab housing a Spider-Slayer and a Scorpion studying for his G.E.D.—the line between father and son blurs in a moment that turns both into werewolves, with Man-Wolf’s bite sealing Jonah’s fate. Written by Pat McCallum, Zach Oat, Justin Aclin, Jon Gutierrez, Andrew Kardon, and Chris Ward, this offbeat, humor-laced journey through a fractured Marvel universe is a standout in the magazine’s quirky lineup.
