Toyfare: The Toy Magazine #135
A 2008 issue of Toyfare: The Toy Magazine #135, written by Justin Aclin, Jon Gutierrez, T. J. Dietsch, Rob Bricken, Sean T. Collins, Alex Kropinak, Rachel Molino, Zach Oat, Chris Ward, and Tracey John, delivers a delightfully absurd showdown where 80s action icons like Stallone, Seagal, and Snipes clash with the 00s generation in a battle over legacy. When Seagal seeks revenge after being locked out of the Manly Man of Action club, the 80s men must protect the younger generation from his vengeful campaign—cloning himself, escaping, and triggering a final, chaotic showdown. Cover by an unnamed artist, this issue blends nostalgia, over-the-top action, and a touch of absurdity in a way only a toy magazine could pull off.

Ten years ago, Stallone was inducting Seagal and Snipes into the Manly Man of Action when Schwarzenegger wrote a bylaw saying the 80's men could stay in for another decade. Seagal vowed revenge. Now the 80's men fight to save the 00's men. Seagal defeats Willis and Stallone and makes a clone of himself while Lundgren save the hostages. Willis kills the clone but doesn't have a one-liner, so the other Men of Action arrive to help. They kill Seagal. The initiation takes place, but Seagal's cloning computer is still active.
