Bobby sets out to show his parents how his flivver Henrietta can fly, but he's mistakenly driving an ordinary model. Meanwhile Ahab Giltrock is using his amphibious hydrofoil car to chase Ruthe and Leroy, who are driving the real Henrietta along the surface of the river.
