The nexus of an upcoming crisis is located in America. The Black Panther encounters Klaw wandering the streets of New York and sees him knocked out and his sound horn stolen by a new version of the Thunderbolts street gang. Monica Lynne and Kevin Trublood arrive in New York from Georgia followed by Windeagle.
