This issue is an anthology containing multiple stories. "Korea Casualty Lists" follows a woman named Bonnie who desperately waits for news of her soldier boyfriend Ted, whom she sent into combat. When Ted is mysteriously reassigned to San Francisco instead of being rotated home, Bonnie learns he has lost his memory of her, but after confronting him with the truth of what happened, they reconcile and are given a second chance at their relationship. "A Love in Hostage" involves a female Army Intelligence operative who is tasked with infiltrating and monitoring a Nazi sympathizer named Fräulein Schmidt to prevent a sabotage plot, only to discover that Schmidt is her own twin sister—forcing the operative to choose between duty and family. "My Private Affair" presents a woman named Elaine who immigrated from Russia and is blackmailed by Soviet agents threatening to harm her family back home, but she devises a dangerous counter-plan with her lover Peter to outwit the Communists.
